    Ideal for skill development, private sessions, and adding some fun competition into your workouts.

    Great for speed, agility, sled work, and youth athletic programs—our turf space is built for movement.
  • Golf Simulator
    Whether you’re looking to perfect your swing or enjoy a virtual round, our golf simulator adds a unique edge to our training options.

    Vertimax, cones, hurdles, and other tools specifically selected for developing younger athletes safely and effectively.
  • Mobility & Recovery Zone
    Stretch mats, foam rollers, massage tools, and yoga gear help you stay flexible, mobile, and injury-free.

At The Zone, every piece of equipment and every square foot of space is designed with purpose—so you can train smarter, recover better, and perform your best.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING CLASSES

A functional fitness class with a pre- programmed session that includes strength, cardio, core, and mobility exercises. Workouts are loaded to your personal Teambuildr account that you can customize, enter the weights used and track your progress. All guided by a certified The Zone coach. Available for both adults and youth.
