Coach Abbie is the owner and founder of The Zone Sports & Fitness Club. For more than 13 years, she's been helping adults, athletes, and families become stronger, healthier, and more confident through personalized coaching and practical fitness.
She believes fitness should fit into real life—not the other way around. Whether your goal is losing weight, building strength, or simply feeling better every day, Coach Abbie is passionate about helping you succeed in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Coach Jaxson grew up around fitness and has spent years learning alongside Coach Abbie and the rest of The Zone coaching team. His energy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others make him a favorite among youth athletes and members alike.
Whether he's leading a workout, encouraging young athletes, or helping members improve their confidence, Coach Jaxson is committed to making every session challenging, positive, and fun.
